Washing machine and rack to do laundry was useful so we didn’t have to find a self-service laundry. Also appreciated the kettle, fridge large fridge and coffee press available.

Wonderful location, close to transit, & easy walking distance to attractions & groceries. Laundry machine was excellent, with an extra rack provided on request to do hang-to-dry. Extremely spacious front closet, with plenty of room to keep shoes, smaller luggage, & hang coats/laundry. Kitchen facilities were great, with an effective dishwasher, & decently sized smaller fridge. Separated garbage provided, with clear instructions on how to divide disposables. Super comfortable beds (yes, even the sofa bed was stellar)! Scented products were minimal, & did not trigger any allergies. Strong, consistent WiFi.

The front area is a bit hard with multiple people coming/going concurrently (we quickly learned to open doors slowly). Shower drain backed up slightly when laundry machine was draining simultaneously. AC was marked as broken, but we didn’t need it (window opened easily for a breeze). Could do with a few more towel rails/hooks to properly dry bath/kitchen towels between uses. We had to hang ours in the front closet.

Near Railway Station and Malls. Easy to access without key but using key code.

Luggage storage can be better with racks instead of sharing with storeroom.
