הטבח במרכז חדר האוכל פקידה שהביאה לנו מאוורר כי אין מזגן ואת הרגע בו עשינו צ'ק אווט

לצערי החוויה שלנו במלון הייתה מאכזבת מאוד. מלבד בחורה נחמדה בקבלה שהייתה אדיבה במיוחד ודאגה להביא לנו מאוורר לחדר כשציינתי שאין מזגן ואני מזיעה, וכן איש צוות נחמד במתחם האוכל שהיה נעים -שאר החוויה הייתה רחוקה ממה שציפינו. לקחנו חדר סטנדרטי, והתחושה הייתה לא נעימה. מדובר במתחם שמחולק למספר בניינים, אך בפועל הוכנסנו לבניין הישן ביותר במתחם, כזה שאינו מופיע כלל בתמונות בבוקינג (רק פנים החדר מופיע). התחושה הייתה שהתמונות באתר לא משקפות את המציאות של המקום בכלל ולא רק החדר עצמו. ניכרת במקום תחושת “מעמדות” ברורה בין אורחים שמשלמים יותר לבין מי שבחר בחדר בסיסי. זה בא לידי ביטוי באופן מורגש מאוד באיך שהמקום בנוי ומתנהל: למרות שמצוין שיש שבע בריכות, בפועל רובן ממוקמות באזורים השייכים לאורחים במעמד גבוה יותר או מי ששילם יותר, כך שהגישה אליהן היא דרך הבניינים שלהם החוויה הכי קשה הייתה בחדר האוכל: המקומות מסומנים מראש, והושיבו אותנו בפינה צדדית מאוד, עם כסאות ישנים, באזור עם הרבה זבובים- וזאת רק משום שהזמנו ארוחת בוקר בלבד. יש ממש איזורי ישיבה שונים לפי המעמד שלך למרות שהחדר נראה על פניו נקי, בפועל הייתה בו תחושה כללית של חוסר ניקיון, אבק ואווירה לא נעימה. בסיכום, זו הייתה האכזבה הגדולה ביותר שלי בטיול הזה.

Frühstück phantastisch Unglaublich viele diverse möglichkeiten von vegan bis Fleisch sehr guten Kaffee Alles gut presentiert, alles frisch
