Tatvamasi Homestay

I think this was my second or third stay at Tatvamasi. It’s my go-to accommodation in New Delhi. The beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is strong, it’s in a very quiet location, and the owner, Pankaj, is awesome. A staff provides plenty of freshwater every day, offers me chai whenever I arrive, and our generally terrific humans. Pankaj is wonderfully helpful when it comes to planning and organizing and executing a visit to New Delhi. He’s a tremendous resource for information and suggestions.

The homestay is spacious, clean and in walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and supermarkets. Our host arranged a great day trip to the Taj Mahal with our 7 month old baby.

Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, kümmert sich aufmerksam um alle Anliegen und hat für jede Frage während des Aufenthalts ein offenes Ohr sowie wertvolle Tipps parat. Der Chai ist herausragend und gehört für mich mittlerweile fest zum Erlebnis dazu. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr sauber, alle Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man abends wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen und die Erlebnisse des Tages in entspannter Atmosphäre verarbeiten kann. Auch das restliche Personal ist jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und begegnet den Gästen immer mit einem Lächeln, was die angenehme Stimmung im Haus noch verstärkt. Durch diese Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit wird der Aufenthalt im Homestay Tatvamasi zu einem wirklich entspannten Urlaub.

First of all, Pankaj and his employees are incredibly nice persons and they make you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. The property itself is located around approx. 15 mins walk to the Greater Kalaish metro station (magenta line) which makes it very convenient location - easy connection with the city but a quite location outside of New Delhi wildness. There is a great food court/restauarant area close by where we dine in a few times. Our room was spacious, super clean, with all amenities (or even more than standard) for a homestay option. I would call Tatvamasi more like a boutique hotel, rather than a homestay. Comfy bed, well-working AC, lovely decor, not to mention a large bathroom. If we ever get back to Delhi, we will definitely stay with Pankaj. Thank you once again for making our stay so special and peaceful.

Nothing. It's been the best option we could ever imagine after hearing so many stories about scam hotel accomodations in Delhi.

Le cadre et la qualité de la chambre, l'accueil très compétent et efficace, la situation dans un quartier résidentiel de Delhi avec le calme en prime ! Je recommande sans hésiter cet endroit !

Pankaj was a truely amazing host, he anticipated anything I could need already before I even needed it, sent me tons of recommendations for Delhi, gave really honest and good advice of how to avoid tourist traps, and showed me around the area. Definitely best host I’ve stayed with in my time in India, was very glad for all the help I received! The homestay and area are amazing, I loved the many small restaurants and cafes nearby and the area is super safe and clean.

The owner and staff are polite, friendly and always helpful. Room was quiet, clean, and facilities good. Location is excellent.

Не первый раз останавливаемся в Дели и этот гостевой дом можно смело рекомендовать. Все отзывы соответствуют действительности. Нам удалось хорошо выспаться, в номерах было тихо и чисто. Все необходимое в номере было, никаких замечаний, наше пребывание здесь было очень комфортным, недалеко находятся много кафе и ресторанов с хорошей кухней. Отдельное спасибо хозяину, очень гостеприимный, любезный и очень много знает про хорошие места в Дели, так же нас бесплатно довезли до кафе, спасибо, мы остались очень довольны пребыванием. В следующий раз снова остановимся здесь.
