Guests highly rate the excellent service and frequently praise the comfortable beds.
I was informed that the staff is not allowed to give extra blankets which was a bummer because i like it colder than my sister in the other bed. Also, no food places will deliver there after dark for some reason. The staff was so nice, we liked our stay overall.
Only access to rooms was through lobby because other security doors would not open from outside with my room key card. My room was not near the lobby.
Stayed twice this month. Excellent both times. Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Definitely would stay again!
The surrounding area wasn’t the best, but it worked for our stay.
Roaches in out motels. Manager has not called to discuss as requested. Had ro move hotels. Terrible service and Conditions
The bed sheets never change.
The AC is at the back of the room in the bathroom area so it's cold there and warmer in the bedroom part. The mini fridge isn't that cold.
I have photos of the LARGE MOLD in the ceiling of the shower. 😭😫

HORRIBLE experience @ Quality Inn & Suites in Elgin TX. Our son drove in from Tulsa OK checked in after midnight. They stated he was a NO SHOW. I paid for the room with my Discover Card to ensure he had a room from Aug. 30th to Sept. 1st, checked him in with Itinerary 72057989642133. Sat (08/31/24) our son went back to the hotel to find he had no room as they removed all his personal belongings! He called me & I texted him a copy of the confirmation & receipt! They got him a room but he is missing a UA Under Armor camouflage cap. 09/03/24 I spoke to Saira (emp) & asked her to have the manager Cynthia P call me today! No call! 09/06/24 I called, spoke to Cynthia P.—I should be comped 1 night! She said no. So, I am contacting you all and I will be putting it on social media. Truly angry my son was embarrassed like that!!!
