Increíble en todos los sentidos bonito súper ubicado muy buena atención y limpio

Good value in Condesa, near cafes and bars and restaurants. Easy to walk to the metro (10-15 min) or Uber. Adrian and Victor at the front desk were super helpful!

Rooms aren't super soundproof, but I think that seems par for the course for most of Mexico. Not a huge deal to me

Super location in the heart of the Condesa neighbourhood. The room is nice, well equipped. The bed was comfy.

It would be nice to have a chair in the room.

Staff is nice and helpful

Body hair on toilet seat, very disgusting! Toilet has urine stains.I had to buy antibacterial wipes to clean the toilet myself. The shampoo, hand wash and body wash bottles were all empty! The house keeping is not doing the job properly. Also the hotel doesn’t have elevators. And no signs, you have to buzz for them to let you in.

The stags it’s amazing and very friendly, location is very close to everything, restaurants, pharmacy’s, supermarkets, caffe shops.

The location was perfect. Safe and walkable area. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was tight but perfectly clean and updated. It was also nice to have the owner/worker there and available for when we arrived (which was after midnight).

My only complaint was that the room was a bit tight. It was doable but would've preferred to have just a little bit more floor space. There was no good spot to open up suitcases without it being in the way. Also, the terrace area had many large flies so we couldn't sit out there although we really wanted to. Other than that this place was perfect.

Every staff member we interacted with here was incredibly kind. From the friendly folks at the front desk, to the kind woman who handled the housekeeping, their welcoming friendliness made our time here in CDMX much more special. We had a longer stay, almost two full weeks, and early on, they kindly offered us a free room upgrade to a much more spacious suite that had a rooftop balcony with seating. Having the larger room was really nice. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The rooms also come equipped with wardrobes, drawers and hangers so you can make yourself at home. Every detail about Casa Bis is executed thoughtfully. There are tons of amazing cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you Casa Bis staff for all your kindness and help throughout our stay. This was our first time visiting MX & CDMX, and our stay at Casa Bis made it that much more magical. 🔮 We would love to stay here again in the future!
