The area the hotel is in is lovely, really close to bars and restaurants and Chapultepec park. The decoration is also nice.

When I arrived the room I was in was very dusty but generally everything else was fine. Then on the second day the power was out for most of the day. It came back on that evening, but then I was woken at 4am by a man loudly talking in the corridor outside for a long time. Turns out the power was out again and they were very loudly trying to fix it. Couldn’t get back to sleep and had no light, wifi or tv. Was advised that the power would take hours to fix. I asked if I could arrange alternative accomodation and they said assured me I would be refunded. So far I have only been refunded 1487 pesos of the 5027 pesos I paid, even though I was only there for half of my booking. Now the hotel is ignoring my messages. I appreciate the power cut may have been out of their hands but now it’s just bad customer service.

Great location, quiet street and building. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and the patio a great addition. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The power was off for the most part of the day, for two days in a row. All properties on that block were affected so it was not the hotel’s fault. Staff were very apologetic and adapted quickly, provided tea lights, coffee in the morning. The room was clean enough, but not spotless. Over a 4-night stay, the trash was emptied once, but no fresh linen/towels were provided, nor the room cleaned.

Location was good.

The sinks didn't drain, the staff was surly and acted like they were doing you a favor. No breakfast although described as a B&B. WIFI was in and out all he time

We stayed in the junior suite and the terrace is beautiful. Lots of windows. Nice and quiet at night despite being in an area with tons of nightlife. Very comfy bed. The staff are really friendly, and the room has everything you could want.

There's no lift, and our room was on the third floor.

Very safe, very quiet.
