Casa Bis

We loved the location of Case Bis. It is right next to a nice restaurant and walking distance from other tourist attractions. We felt very safe there and had no noise at night.

The bathroom had a slightly mouldy smell but with the window open, was not a bother.

Ha sido una estafa de habitación. Las Fotos se ven muy bonitas pero no es la realidad. Sucio, sábanas sucias, olía mal, tras decir que nos hicieran la limpieza al 2do día volvimos por la tarde y la habitación estaba sin hacer. El primer día el baño con pelos, nos quedamos solo 1 noche de 3, no nos importó perder las 2 noches, era inviable pasar otra noche ahí. La caja fuerte no funcionaba, el cuarto estaba demasiado descuidado.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Fantastic location. Comfortable beds, great shower. Nice little coffee and tea set up in the morning with biscuits.

The room was very snug, but also cozy.

De locatie is centraal in La Condesa en ook de eetgelegenheden in de straat zijn goed. Het is gelegen in een rustige straat. De kamer zag er goed uit en het bed lag heerlijk. De wifi werkte goed in de kamer.

Geen opmerkingen, het was een heel fijne locatie.

I stayed in the single room (room 8), and it was a bit of a dark shoebox to be honest. The sq ft wasn't described on the listing so I felt a bit sceptical as to why this wasn't stated. There was very little natural light. The staff were mixed. When I checked in, I was just given my key with little welcome or explanation. There were coffee making facilities and a toaster in the reception, but I'm unsure if these were for guest use or not. When I passed through reception he could hardly be bothered to speak (other than a grunted 'Buenas') as he was too busy on his phone. The only time he spoke was to tell me to shut the front door as it wasn't self closing. I was interested in staying a little longer and asked him if I could extend my stay, but he told me no way as they were full. This despite there being rooms available on booking.com. There was a younger gentleman on reception sometimes who was more pleasant to be honest.
