POP! Hotel Pemuda Semarang

The best location in the city. Only a one minute walk to the DP Mall and only about a 6 minute to the next shopping mall.

this hotel is very good in service and location. i always enjoy my time here. this hotel located in the center of the city and you can walk into mall to get your meals, shopping and entertaining yourself

POP! Hotel Pemuda Semarang is clean. The room is just right because it's not too big and not too small, so it's comfortable. But the towels smell a bit musty and the air conditioner in the room is not blowing cold air. The breakfast is also good, but lacks variety. Maybe there should also be a french fries menu for breakfast, because in the morning you don't want to be too full. Thank you. You guys did a good job during my stay!

bathroom details could be better cleaned. amenities of welcome sachets & water cattle, as well as toothbrush kit should come as standard.

The staff at this hotel are all great and treat us kindly. They all go above and beyond to make my one night stay comfortable. I also had a chance to run in the morning near Lawang Sewu and Tugu Muda since this hotel near to those locations. The room was clean too and very comfortable.

My plan to go out from semarang by plane ✈️ so I looking for hotel 🏨 that near to the airport. Once i am scrolling at booking site i am found interesting one ☝️ there is pop 🏨 in semarang even tough far from the airport but the pop brand promises me the services and quality. I use official hotel 🏨 website to booked one ☝️ day before check in day, with some requests. When arrived outside this hotel 🏨 is so cool 😎 . I knew in budget hotel 🏨 there is no doorman that assist my luggage 🧳. But why just me there is got no helping hand 🖐, another guest that arrived behind me the security guys helping them right the way, also when i am in the middle process of checking in another guest (lady) ask receptionist a security guys to assist her luggage 🧳 that receptionist obey her request. The 👨 receptionist himself maybe smart but no friendly at all such as no smile 😀, rude intonation, and not read my room request. The room itself its ok 👌👍 for me. Automatically WiFi , cozy bed 🛏, & cool 😎 air con. But there is plenty ant near sofa 🛋 and window lucky 🍀 me i have bring 🐜 killer. 🏨 location is 🥇 near dp mall, lawang sewu, and tugu muda. I got nice 👍 sleep 💤. Finally when check out i met 👧 receptionist the so 👍 and so fast 💨 checking out process.

the hotel is clean, easy to find the location, near business centre, mall, and easy to find a restaurant. I hope I can stay again on my next trip, the hotel is also comfortable for family trip, & also near lawang sewu one of tourist destination in semarang

Found lots of small insects when first checked in to the room. Complained to change room and granted, service was quick. Please concern about the cleanliness, as it is the most important thing for a guest like me.
