it’s beautiful and the facilities are very nice and well located.

we were informed upon checking that we could not control the AC in our room because their entire system was in disrepair. we were freezing the whole time. we were given no advance notice of this problem and offered no compensation.

I loved the property its like an Oasis in Michigan you did not know was there. Absolutely beautiful very friendly staff good food and accessibility to amenities it was an amazing experience. Loved the prohibition lounge and the deck and pool

We needed more information however, several events that prevented full access to the property and not handicap accessible and we did not know we had to walk up stairs to get to our room and everywhere there were a lot of stairs overall. Hvac was broken when the next day we moved to the renovated side of the hotel and it was 63 degrees of cold air so cold unbearable windows did not open to offset the cold
