The cleaning and comfort overall. There’s no sink for example

The staff is amazing, honestly they were so nice and even invited us to try some of their food and booked us tours. The location of this Hostel it’s also great, a lot of restaurants on the area, close to the center and to the train station.

The didn’t have any sinks and there was a tiny problem with the electricity, so the air conditioning kept turning on and off, and if you were showering the light and the water went completely out.

Very nice and helpful staff. spacious room and nice bed. definitely do the cooking class with Chica!

Great hostel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean and even have hot water. Great location. Possibility to rent a motorbike.

The hostel is located in a very nice area and the house itself is just beautiful! you feel like at home.

actually there's no separate sink, so if you want to clean the teeth or wash ur hands you have to use the shower tap - that is not very comfortable, but ok:)

It wasn't anybody that help with the check in, and I never saw some staff for help me, it was a random guy in a taxi who helped me. There's not even sink in the toilet.
