The lock on the door did not work and the deadbolt was ripped off.

Great Location.

I did not like anything about the property. The owner refused me as I had a service animal to which they said I could not stay there. They were very rude and I felt threatened.

Saved money

Broken fridge, noisy, neighbors, impolite, staff, dirty room, tiny shower. Squeaky beds. Noisy air conditioner. Broken bathroom window, no bathroom fan outlets, not screwed into the wall.

The people who own it were incredibly rude but I was able to find somewhere to stay late at night in a bind

The owners were atrocious... attempting to charge me 40$ for service animals that I had with me for about an hour prior to check out. Screamed at me to the point I thought the man was going to hit me. It was insane. I've never experienced anything like that.

Easy of commute. Once people are in rooms you don’t hear them.

Though updated things still looked unfinished. Electrical plate in bathroom was visible, switch plate was too small. Location of heater doesn’t allow for much flow of heat before turning off. Some floor boards were loose in bathroom to kitchenette. Back of building looked to need serious repair, I only saw it because I walked my dog to trail behind the building.
