Budget Inn Bend

This is an old, run-down property. Many amateur repairs - toilet paper stuffed into holes in walls, cracks over-filled with foam, lots and lots of caulk around shower stall. "Clean enough." A bit noisy. Convenient location and right on the 'historic canal trail' walking path

Strong smell of smoke and chemicals and drugs. People knocking on neighbors door in middle of night

The people above us had to have been doing gymnastics, jumping jacks, and WWE wrestling while wearing 20 pound cinder block shoes from the hours of 11pm til 3 am. Couldn't sleep at all.

A big spacious room, we had the 3 bed so I don’t know how large the others were. Easy to locate and the property has a chain link fence across the front

You can hear the noise from upstairs but as long as there’s no wild parties or children it’s not really a big deal…oh! No vending or ice machines…I liked it here so I can really find anything I didn’t like.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. It was a great room for sharing with 3 people. Easy to find the hotel, close to groceries, gas, and restaurant.

The toilet kept running, it needs attention. The room could stand a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom could use an update (add hooks for toilets).

Nothing

We booked a king and he tried to check us into a queen without actually telling us until we asked a question. We told him that was unacceptable, and that we weren't going to stay. He informed us he didn't charge us but after reviewing cc statement we had a charge that we disputed. He also said we should contact booking.com, which we did for a cancelation. He never responded to the booking.com request. Shady place in our opinion and we book a lot of properties from booking.com.
