Beautiful old period building a short walk from the Ostuni old town.

the breakfast was exceptional, I looked forward to it every day! the room was spacious and had everything I needed. the staff was amazing especially valentina, she was so helpful and a joy to see every day.

my only small critique is I wish the shower had a little stand to hold all my items like shampoo, body wash, etc.

The accommodations were exceptional, extremely roomy and modern. The terrace was large enough for a small group party! The kitchen was fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds (including a pool surrounded by a garden with fruit trees) were beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. No need to eat lunch. The hospitality and service extended to me was stellar. Paolo, you went above and beyond, assisting with bookings and restaurant reservations a month before I arrived and your recommendations proved to be excellent choices. You and Valentina were God-sent!

Exceptional! Paolo, Theresa and Valentina were extremely warm and genuine hosts. They are very caring custodians of a truly beautiful palazzo. We appreciated a heated pool and super comfortable beds. Do not hesitate to book!

Very low doors ….. banged heads a few times

Great location and interesting history of the building. Enough parking at the property for all guests although quite narrow and difficult access. Our family apartment had a lovely balcony with plenty of space to sit after a day exploring.

Booked a Family Apartment which had 2 bedrooms and a 3rd sleeping space with a Double fold out bed. There were 5 of us 2 couples and a single yet the whole apartment only had one bathroom. I didn't notice this at the time of booking but thought it wouldn't be a problem because if one person was using the shower then anyone needing the toilet could go down to the common area to use a toilet...but no! The owner said no bathroom in any common area like near the breakfast room or by the pool so the only place to go if you were even haviong breakfast or using the pool was back up to the apartment with the one bathroom...! Strange also that the apartment had a washing line and pegs but no washing machine? Staff were pleasant enough while staying there but as soon as we checked out they were not interested in helping us further. We asked if we could sit by the pool to kill time before our afternoon flight but they refused. At the previous hotel we stayed they allowed guests to use the pool after check out for a small fee per towel used which totally made sense and we were happy to pay. However at Palazzo Rodio they just wanted us to leave even though nobody used the pool the whole time we were there.
