Hotel Arco Iris Tulum

Muy buena experiencia, buen hotel, cómodo y agradable

My stay was great, clean, comfy location, just about 5 mins walking to ADO bus station. All central restaurants and shops in very convenient distance, the only pain was to reach to the beach during night time for party - costs around 600 pesos in taxi one way. Good rooftop terrace - maybe highest point around - so you could watch all the traffic from your safe distance and have a nice swim in the rooftop pool. Maybe the room was too clean! Naftaline tablets from the toilet too strong smelling :). Cleaning ladies really wanted to clean my room daily so that I have the best experience. I loved the staff!!! Especially Fernando (please speak to him, this guys really knows!) and Maggie.

Great location close to Ado station. Easy to arrive. Friendly and super helpfull staff, made our staying nice! Small pool area at the roof. Littlebit noisy and expencive room, but comparing to Tulum we think ok. If you want to visit tulum, this place is good option! Tosi helppo tulla ADO asemalta ja muutenkin hyvä sijainti. Huone perus mukava ja hotelli muutenkin. Illalla kuului kadun äänet ja yöllä hotellin käytäviltä muiden matkaajien kolinat. Mutta perus mukavat kaksi yötä vietettiin. Voisin poiketa toistekkin, jos vielä tulumiin tulisin.

O hotel é simples, mas limpo e bem central. O staff muito atencioso e educado. Está localizado em uma região com mobilidade, perto da ADO e ponto de partida das vans. Ideal para quem está sem carro e quer se dedicar aos passeios e curtir a noite do centrinho. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno, mas silencioso e a cama confortável. Um ponto negativo é que a água do chuveiro do banheiro demora muito para ficar norma e tb para descer pelo ralo.

We had a great time staying at the Arco Iris. We came to Tulum on the bus, and the hotel was only a block or so away. We were right on the main strip with plenty of access to restaurants and shopping. Even with that location, however, it was quiet in the room. The room was very small and efficient, but it had everything we needed. The shower was amazing. My son really enjoyed the rooftop pool also! Easy to rent a bike and ride to the ruins or the beach, and the Colectivos parked just outside the hotel. We would highly recommend staying here.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool and lounge chairs at the roof top were awesome. The location is centrally located without need of a car if you are doing many of the tours around the area or on street parking if you have a car. The place was clean but very basic. The rooms you get what you paid for, so I can't complain. Very basic college dorm rooms with no TV, shampoo or soap so make sure you bring your own.

Un très bon hôtel à Tulum ! Nous avons eu une meilleure chambre que celle réservée avec un grand balcon ! La chambre est très grande et propre. Le lit est immense et confortable. La douche est chaude. L'hôtel est sur l'avenue principale de Tulum donc bien situé. Peut être un peu bruyant car il y a des restaurants pas loin mais avec le couvre feu du covid pas de problème !

It was a nice clean spot with a cool pool and gym on the roof. The staff was friendly. The hotel was pretty quiet when we stayed luckily, but we definitely could hear everything through the walls. It also would have been cool if they had bikes for rent, included breakfast, and if the safe had worked. But overall it was a great spot for the money, we felt very safe and comfortable there. We liked it so much we extended our stay.
