Hotel Arco Iris Tulum

Atendimento muito bom, quarto limpo e confortável.

Construction noise starts pretty early and no hot water for the stay were the negative points. Location is good with bars and restaurants nearby.

This was a great place to stay in centre of downtown for a good price. And I parked right next to the hotel just on their side street

Bra hotell nära centrum men härliga balkonger och fin pool fint gym och bra frukost inkluderad. Lite tråkigt att behöva lämna deposit när man sover där, annars kanon.

Suite room at a very good price. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Nice breakfast room / restaurant. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel for us was in a great location close to the bus station, and all other conveniences imaginable. The roof top pool was also excellent after sun bathing, biking and walking a nice way to cool down. The morning breakfast was a nice easy start to the day. The staff all polite and helpful and happy surely the beginning of a positive day.

Very comfy room with adequate kitchen (which I didn’t need), nice bed, not too hard or too soft. Front desk was very safety conscious about no visitors in the room and that made me feel very safe. The only glitch was I was not offered the breakfast that was to have been included! The club next door music could be heard faintly but did not go late! At the end of the main Avenida so very convenient to restaurants, stores, shopping etc. Good AC and Wifi!

Stayed 3 nights--everything was excellente!!! Got to stay in 3 different rooms--king bed was the best cuz it had a balcony with chairs table, and hammock & could watch the people in town. Staff was friendly & very accommodating!! Jason, Laidi, & Javier were all GREAT!!! Owners were very nice, too!! Breakfast & pool was very good! Pool was such a wonderful bonus!! Location was great--200 meters south to bus station & shuttles right in front. Close to many good restaurants & mini- marts!! Would highly recommend!! Already tried to book again, was already booked!! So sad that we can' t stay again!! Thanks to you all for a wonderful time!!😊😊

The location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Lovely large rooftop area and pool was refreshing and clean. Wifi was excellent. Only complaint was the lack of hot water, was a gamble- but overall a great hotel experience and would return
