"Very good"

The space as we opted for the separate dining room. The wooden bath tub is amazing. The room was well equipped. The basement Onsen is a welcome bonus.

The owners Kate and Ricky were amazing hosts. went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Ben was not just an amazing bartender/driver but also had awesome knowledge about the local ski areas and the best place to go each day.

Great Location, Onsen is never crowded and the best service I have ever experienced. Have good internet connection, desk and chair so is also suitable for remote work. Fully equipped kitchen is also a big plus for longer stay

TV is mounted high on the wall, so may not be friendly for using it as a monitor for work. Pillow is a bit too soft.

Accommodation 10/10. Amazing finishes on the property, large rooms, great service, awesome food. I can’t say enough nice things. The owners Kate and Rick were absolutely amazing. If you have the chance, definitely stay here!

We had an amazing stay! The town is small so it's a close walk to any restaurant. There was transport provided to the nearby ski resorts (e.g. sugi) and also to and fro the train station. The onsen was nice and laundry facilities available. Definitely would want to stay again if we are back here!
