The Address Akakura

The owner (John) was an amazing host. He provided us with personalised service as if we were the only guests in the hotel. The breakfast was a choice of western and traditional and didnt dissapoint, it was big and definitely filled us up. The room was big and had all the amenities we required for our stay. We couldnt ask for a better host, he was amazing and we will definitely be back. He even showed us around the mountain.

Loved everything, but mostly how accommodating the staff is

Amazing hotel with friendly staff and in a perfect location. very short walk to the ski area and close walk to great restaurants and pubs around the town. Driver picked us up from the train station which was very helpful. Staff assisted us in finding best way to our next location in japan. Also staff were very helpful with booking us into restaurants.

there was nothing we didn’t like

Incredible experience, would recommend 100%. Amazing and friendly services, the facility is also good, super close to the ski lifts and everything you need for skiing, drying is available.

Staff/reception friendliness and willingness to help with even the smallest thing. Wonderful, clean and modern apartment. Great central location in Akakura town.
