Informed on check in that there was a disco until 1am, no milk, coffee and only 2 tea bags and some sugar, no spoons, kettle needed a clean on the outside, dusty on skirting and round plug socket, curtains were not suitable as didn't block light from the pub court yard. And although music stopped at 1pm people were still chatting in the courtyard till 2am.

The room was dirty and need to ask to re clean, the music was way too loud until 0100, 2 fire alarms, 1 knocking the door for delivery ( not ordered anything)

This is our 2nd booking, after staying there on a saturday night which we had the worst night having a noisy room and dirty room, we were transfered to a new room on this booking and room then was very clean, very quiet mind you its sunday and monday , so i did enjoyed this time

Bed was comfortable

I had to go out as soon as i arrived so no time to check room until i returned in the evening when all staff had gone home. Smell in the bathroom as no functional ventilation. Sash Window propped open with lump of wood, which once closed very difficult to repoen. No milk for tea in room, no remote for tv.

Pub pool table cheap and cheerful. 3 lots of biscuits.

Told.on arrival dj on to 1 am and there would be noise until 1.30.am directly under window, no blackout curtains, toilet door part see through and toilet holder off wall.

Nice location, clean beds and towels. Not too pricey. Easy key pick up and drop off. Security guard on door on Saturday night. Fan in the room so didn’t get too hot with the window closed.

DJ till 1am on Fri and sat nights. Window propped up with a wooden brick. Mini fridge in room was mouldy inside and en-suite wasn’t that clean.

Bathroom ensuite drains smelt very bad, previously problem apparently, so they moved us to another room. No hot water for showering through out our stay, spoke to staff, but problem not rectified.

The room was above a night club beer garden, the place stank. When giving us the keys to the room we were told there would be very loud music until 1am. Didn't get any sleep, uncomfortable and dirty.
