"UNA NOCHE EN EL HOSTAL"

La ubicación es excelente, relación calidad - precio es muy ajustada, habitaciones cómodas hay fácil acceso a restaurantes y sitios bonitos alrededor.

Al llegar no tenían la reserva en el sistema, la persona de la recepción tuvo que hacer varias llamadas para entender qué podía hacer porque le mostré el registro en booking. afortunadamente tenían habitaciones desocupadas. Encontré una pulga en la habitación y eventualmente se devolvía mal olor por la tubería del lavamanos

Muy buena ubicación en Cartagena y tenia aire acondicionado. Por lo demás justito en todo, es un edificio bastante antiguo y se nota, la habitación estaba limpia. Por el precio que tiene, aceptable para dormir en Cartagena pero poco mas.

Edificio bastante antiguo, no habia agua caliente (aunque te avisan y con el calor que hace no se echa en falta)

Mucho ruido y la pieza era muy clara, las sabanas no me parecieron limpias. El chico que me atendió para hacer el check in no fue muy amable.

The location was good. Easy check-in and check-out.

The room was not cleaned on the day we requested. They cleaned it the following day after we spoke to them. The room also was not cleaned well. There was still dirt and dust in the room. The only thing we could see was the bedding was changed, garbage emptied and we got new toilet paper and soap. It is also not good to ask about being tipped when checking in. The bed was like sleeping on concrete.

El hotel es muy central, sencillo pero lindo y limpio. Además, sus colaboradores son muy amables y atentos, lo que hace la estadía aún más agradable 😊
