"Please let me know what happened!"

I missed my flight at 22:00 hours, so booked this hostel. After booking and receiving confirmation emails from booking.com and the hostel, I immediately got a message canceling my confirmed booking. This was upsetting to say the least.

Have not yet confirmed that I was not charged but did receive a request to Rate the hostel.

La ubicación

Las instalaciones, habían cucarachas, las habitaciones sin ventanas huelen fuerte a encierro sin importar si el aire se mantiene prendido de manera permanente para airear, la pésima atención del personal, hasta el dueño y la esposa son personas súper groseras.
