"Very stylish hotel in a great location, perfect for a Niseko trip"

We liked everything about this hotel: the location is great (ski in / ski out), the room was very nice and spacious with a traditional japanese feel, the staff was really helpful, ski & boot rentals was really easy and smooth (the rental shop and lockers are in the basement of the hotel), loved the complimentary hot chocolate after a day of ski, the complimentary shuttle service, spacious bathtub in the bathroom

The breakfast could be improved, the food did not meet the expectations of a hotel of this standing

Modern, well appointed, and comfortable. Service from the staff was fantastic. Location was excellent for skiing. The hotel has cars to send you to different ski areas which made it very convenient.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

Sansui exceeded all of our expectations. We splashed out for this trip at skiing in Japan has always been on our bucket list. It was worth every penny. The staff are extremely accommodating and helped us out with any request we had. The onsens are very special and rooms are stylish and well thought out. The location is one of the best parts. Right at the top of the hill close to ski lifts and ski in-ski our facilities. Would highly recommend!

Hard to say any negatives. No room service and no communal cafe area to chill are the only things I could mention.

Emplacement parfait, ski in / out permettant de profiter du domaine skiable à votre guise. Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Un peu trop chaud dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner de qualité mais peu de choix surtout si nous souhaitons opter pour une version occidentale.
