Perfect location, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely helpful staff ! We booked 3 nights but felt so good about the hotel , then changed to 6 nights

Excellent location, exactly where you want to be , excellent service , friendly always trying to assist , the sansui private shuttle was an awesome facility . It is time consuming as a tourist to get around efficiently at times . - this personalised transport made it extremely easy and efficient . It was a valuable service that would definatrly andd to the reasons for staying at this property .

Nothing - it was perfect stay / only negative was the price is definitely on the higher end and when you are out all day and night skiiing - you are not in the room much .

Beautiful hotel located on the piste in Hirafu, very comfortable rooms, lovely Onsen and great staff.

everything was really good, exceptional location and Mount Yotei view

Not enough drawers in the cabinet, even there are plenty of shelves at the entrance area, it's not convenient to get clothes for change. Should add more drawers set inside the cabinet in the bedroom.
