The room and terrace were beautiful. There was a decent ramen place next door and a great western breakfast a five minute walk away. I'm updating this portion after first posting my review. After reading our review about the issues with the water feature the hotel management contacted me and offered to take half off our price for staying there. I really appreciate this customer service, so am happy to give a better review.

[This portion has been updated]. Something happened either with the hotel or booking.com and they didn’t receive my cancelation for the previous days and didn’t notify me until it was too late to get a refund so we were charged double. I chose the most expensive room because it had a terrace with a water feature but the water feature was broken. We told them and they said they would fix it the next day but they didn’t. So we couldn’t enjoy the water feature that I paid extra for. At first they offered no compensation for this, but after I posted a review here, they contacted me and gave us half off our stay, which was very nice. I really appreciate this customer service because things can always go wrong - what matters is how the hotel responds. And the room we had really was beautiful - if you're lucky enough to stay there with a working fountain, it will be magical.

"交通便利設施齊全房間大小適中"

位置佳離地鐵站很近，整天都有服務人員不會找不到人很方便，可以先寄放行李，房間功能設施完整，備品也準備的很齊全，隔音也不錯幾乎沒聽到甚麼聲音。

房間有小廚房卻沒有盤子稍有不便，希望飯店可以準備一個行李秤方便旅客秤重行李。費用上偏高會是下次需要考慮入住的主因。
