The state of the property was the worst I have ever seen ,we want a full refund

Wat ons het best beviel: vriendelijkheid van het personeel, parkeerplaats, goed ontbijt, gezelligheid in de bar, restaurantjes en supermarkt in de directe omgeving

Minder was het geluid (van de karaoke op de vrijdag)

Great location, between train station and town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, plenty of tea and coffee, good shower.

No mirror in bathroom.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, on site parking was a welcome bonus. The pub was traditional with reasonable prices for drinks.

The rooms were dated and in need of a makeover.

Within walking distance of city centre. Room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Live music each night. Staff friendly.

There was only the one car park space left when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Most of the spaces were taken by Oliver Connell’s vans. Possibly staying and working on the nearby building project. These gradually disappeared and the car park was pretty empty for the rest of the weekend. Right turn into and from the car park is tricky because of the traffic lights. Saturday night into Sunday was noisy from some upstairs guests who used the hotel as a base to go out drinking to the early hours.
