Amazing hotel! Great breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. Walkable to ships and restaurants.

This is a cozy, warm and welcoming place for people that want something walkable and comfortable. Everything is near by. The rooms are very clean and nice.

We loved this little place. The room had a gorgeous view of Arenal volcano as well, which was fabulous. Good breakfast, great room, and lovely staff!

This is definitely one of the best hotels we've ever been to! After a day of tours coming back here was like heaven. Bed is comfortable, rooms are spacious, and most importantly the room is very clean. I find myself comparing other hotels to this one. That's how good this place is! :D

We stayed 1 week at La Fortuna Lodge at the beginning of the rainy season (end of May), and had a great stay there. The hotel is ideally situated a few blocks off the main road/centre town, near the edge of the jungle forest. There are plenty of restaurants close by (highly recommend “La Fortuneno”) as well as coffee shops, tourism offices, souvenir shops, grocery/convenience, etc. Many tourist attractions are close to La Fortuna, which makes this hotel a great spot to stay. The hotel itself has a great view of the volcano, and the property is well-kept/clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Our room had a balcony facing the volcano and overlooking the local street. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, including the housekeeping and kitchen staff, as well as Roy and Daniel who helped us book all our excursions and airport transfers. Everybody there made our special occasion a little more special and memorable. One thing we liked was the customized breakfast, which can be ordered the night before, and if you are going on an excursion you can get it in a take-away box (helpful for early morning starts). You can also borrow umbrellas from the front desk if it rains. The property also has standard safety features, including locked front gates and a digital safe in your room. We did not drive but there appeared to be plenty of parking for those who do. Great stay!

Great place! Kind staff, easy to access, walkable to “downtown” La Fortuna. Breakfast is great and freshly made just for you. Very good value. Highly recommend.

Stay at La fortune was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and liked how convenient it was to park and walk for other meals.

This is the best place i have ever stayed. Rooms are great. Ours had a view of the Arenal Volcanoe. The hotel treats your so good. Anything we need they go out of there way to help. Beautiful breakfast included. Home cooked food just like your mother would cook atmosphere. Good air conditioning. Thank you lafortuna lodge for everything. Also this is a beautiful location. The town is 8 blocks and you can walk everywhere nice shopping.
