Casa Babbuino

Der Check-In durch Nicki aus Belgien war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich willkommen gefühlt. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass bei Ihnen kein Foto des Ausweises gemacht wird, sondern nur die Daten notiert werden. Das Zimmer war groß und stylish eingerichtet.

Bei den Zimmern zur Straße raus hört man viel Straßenlärm und Gespräche! Es ist auch seltsam, dass Sie bei Google NUR positive Bewertungen und einen 5-Sterne-Durchschnitt haben.... Sie sind laut Homepage in "einem der schönsten Viertel Veronas"? Dem kann ich nicht zustimmen. Auf der Straße ist es schmutzig und die Leute dort vermittelten mir kein sicheres Gefühl. Ich war im Zimmer "Musica": Es gibt keinen Safe, keinen Kleiderschrank, was in einer Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse aber Standard sein sollte. An der Duschkabine ist unten orangefarbener Kalk und es lag ein Haar deutlich sichtbar auf der weißen Umrandung der Dusche. Der Toilettenpapierhalter wackelt, die Halterung für den schmutzigen Duschkopf rutschte immer nach unten und hielt nicht oben. Die Kunstpflanze im Bad ist verstaubt. Am Kabel der Nachttischlampe ist ebenfalls viel Schmutz, siehe Fotos. Checkout ist laut Tafel an der Rezeption nur in einem Zeitfenster von anderthalb Stunden möglich und nicht mal da war jemand zugegen, um das Gepäck entgegen zu nehmen und sicher zu verwahren (siehe Angebot bei booking.com). Um 9:30 Uhr kam die Reinigungsfrau, parkte ihr Fahrrad quer vorm Eingang und teilte mir mit, dass ich das Gepäck einfach stehen lassen soll. Eine sichere Verwahrung ist das nicht! Laut dem von Ihnen erstellten Eintrag auf booking.com bieten Sie eine "rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption"? Das war einer der Gründe, warum ich gebucht hatte. Die Rezeption ist aber maximal stundenweise besetzt! Einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer habe ich nicht gesehen. Auch die Küche fehlt komplett, ebenso andere Dinge, die in der Hotelbeschreibung stehen. Das Café, mit dem sie zusammenarbeiten, hat sonntags geschlossen. Im Vorfeld habe ich dreimal dieselbe Nachricht, zweimal als E-Mail und einmal per WhatsApp erhalten mit Informationen zu Check-In, Parkmöglichkeiten und so weiter.

Really loved Casa Babbuino, unique and beautiful. Stayed in suf room which amazing! Comfortable bed. Aircon & Wi-Fi are great . The garden is a haven after a day site seeing and a lovely plsce to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or chill with a book. Kitchen is great to have with a variety of coffee opinions included. Centre easy to get to with taxi, buses or 15-20 minute walk. There are also bars, cafes and restaurants around the area. Verona is lovely & hope to cone back one day. Owners and staff are really friendly abd helpful.

Casa Babbunio is gorgeous, quirky but comfortable. The owners and staff are really friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. Its got some great facilities, beautiful garden to chill after a day sightseeing or sit and read your book with a glass of wine, a kitchen with great coffee options and facilities to cook if you want to. The city Centre is accessible by bus foot and taxi. The Wi-Fi is great and there are smart TVs in the rooms and the Aircon is great in the rooms and they have a fridge as well, which is handy. The rooms are all themed. I stayed in the surf room. It was really cool. I would definitely stay there again if going back to Verona. Thank you Beatrice, Marco & Nailia!

El hotel es muy bonito. El personal muy atento y amable

No hay ascensor, es un problema si tienes dificultades de movilidad.

The hosts were very helpful. The room was excellent. The location is also good: about 15 minutes from the old city. It will be useful for the future guests to take into account that at certain hours, self check in is required. But you get detailed instructions and everything works out. :)
