Huge place for extended family

Dirty and smelly toilets, utensils, kitchen, furniture, walls in one bedroom with peeled paint - look like getting ready for Halloween, lots of ants, found some on our bed, have to remind staff to clear rubbish, don't even provide enough toilet paper....the list goes on

I like that it can accommodate for large group of people. I brought my wife's family here and its a quiet place with comfy bed, big dining area and private pool. Every room had its own bathroom and the rooms are relatively clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and responsive. We had a blackout but the staff responded straight away to fix it. We also requested for the pool timer to be switched on until midnight and they ensured that happened and we had a good night swim! They also prepared for us breakfast in the morning. We will order on the spot and they will cook for us.

The location seemed far away from other attractions. Thus alot of time was spent on travelling. Also our van could not drive into the house as the alley is too narrow and small. Therefore we have to walk in from the main road. Since the house is located among the local residents, you will experience rooster crowing in odd timings in the middle of the night. The house is surrounded by trees so expect some flying visitors in the house.

The staff... they are really helpfull, polite, rensponsive. The bed n bathroom were clean and cozy,especially when I wake up in the morning, it was so fresh because the bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet with fresh air Breakfast was outstanding 😍😍😍

I think the villa is not used for long time so rooms were very dusty and whole night me and my family were not able to sleep and all night we were sneezing
