Royal Cottage Private Villa

Location was good. Had good time in pool.

Repetitive issues with water. We had no water to take bath and had to wait for someone to always fix the issues. It delayed our travel to different places.

The villa was amazing, perfect for our group of 9. The staff were absolutely incredible always making sure we had everything we needed and the owner was only a message away if we needed anything. The villa had so many tours to chose from if we didn't want to just relax and organized everything for us including pick up from the villa. The rooms were so clean, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast included was delicious and so many different options to chose from. We had such a great stay and will definitely be back soon.

Loved everything about this villa and it was true to pictures. Loads of space and we particularly loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there! Rooms were large, modern and clean. Staff were really friendly and it was easy to organise our (tasty) breakfast each morning. They are also happy to organise drivers, etc as needed. Mini bar was well stocked and very handy. Lots of privacy. Walk into Ubud is ~20 - 25 min and it’s an easy walk. We used Grab taxis a couple of times coming back later at night which were easy to get and cheap.

- Communicated via WhatsApp and were very prompt and responsive. Host conversed with our driver to get to the Villa. This was essential as traffic is a bit chaotic in Ubud especially when you have a large van. - Very clean! - Well air-conditioned - Stunning villa - spacious and looks modern and quasi-oriental - Complimentary breakfast was nice with a diverse range of options - can only be ready by 8:30 or so but we were heading out earlier and they were still able to accommodate - Pool was nice and spacious - great for big groups - We left our charger there and the host informed us and said they could deliver it to our villa in Ubud

- Would have preferred for the villa to have a larger and more open common area. The main common area was the dining area at the dinner table which might not be comfortable for sitting there a long time and chatting with your mates. Nonetheless, the pool was a great place for hanging out as well with outdoor lounges available. - Parts of stairway was a bit dim - nothing major.

The toilet was a bit smelly because of the drainage.

Good location, every room had its own bathroom Staff are super friendly Good location with many good places at your doorstep

Hot water was hot n miss Rooms are clean but the rest I was a bit dirty and a bit rough around the edges
