Location, dog friendly, facilities.

Personally the double bed was on the small side for us. (husband is over 6ft and used to a bigger bed). Very warm could have done with a fan

The property was exactly as described. It is a period property, in pristine condition and beautifully furnished with a cotemporary kitchen ( with all the appliances to hand ) a nice comfortable two-seater chesterfield sofa, a small dining table and two chairs along with a flat screen television. A bright and well light bathroom with shower and bath. can be found at the top of the stairs, which is adjacent to the spacious bedroom. The bed is also vey comfortable. There is a chest of drawers in the bedroom , along with an ottoman, while the wardrobe to hang clothes, can be found under the stairwell along with a myriad of coat hangars. I would recommend this property to all and we would personally like to thank Jules for her very pleasant welcome. Kind Regards Mike & Audrey

Location was ok

Bed was too short and very hard. Deco was very impersonal. Lack of flexibility in check-out times.

The location is excellent, being a short walk from the train station & very central, with lots of options for eating out. We loved staying in the apartment, which was charming & cozy. The kitchen was well equipped & it was very handy having a washing machine to refresh after being on the road for 2 weeks. We chose this apartment because we wanted a unique experience in York & we are very pleased that we did.

The steep stairs - we had to be really careful going up & coming down. Despite this, I would still choose to stay here again. Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned properly. We had to rewash all the cutlery & dishes in the dishwasher & wipe down the kitchen properly. This may have been just our bad luck & I think this can be easily fixed by a little more attention to detail.
