Apt 3, 71 Micklegate, YORK

Location excellent. 5 minutes to city centre.

Apartment cleanliness was okay however a decorative refresh would be in order. Also , additional shelves/hooks in the bathroom / shower would be useful. Bathroom was a bit dark for shaving. The key lock on the entrance gate was a bit fiddly. Having to lock apartment door and property door on exit was a bit annoying. I'm sure a better system could be arranged.

Location wise great close to shops, nightlife etc

Was not sound proofed as stated could hear people all night long wasnt 100% cleaned cobwebs on the lights and washing left in washing machine

Location was fantastic, and the apartment was very well presented. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing

The apartment was well equipped clean and modern only a 5min walk to the center of York, we normally stay in hotels but apartments are much better value, next time we will definitely stay in one of the many wheelwrights properties around York again plus the bed was super comfy home from home.

The only negative was some of the screws tops from the subfloor coming through the luxury vinyl tiles in the kitchen part but as I said it has not detracted from a brilliant all round stay.

Good location, homely, clean, good facilities

Extractor fan not working in bathroom (reported). Some secondary double glazing was not closed properly causing condensation on inside of external windows and low temperatures in rooms. I closed them properly and reported.

But was a bit hard needs a thick a mattress
