Fridge was unplugged apparently for defrosting and water was all over the floor when I walked in

cheap accommodation, cute motel cat

had a musty smell and possible mold on the bathroom ceiling

I liked the location

The room we stayed in had bed bugs bad. We got all bit up. We tried to check out a day early but he wouldn’t let us. So we left early anyway. Tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t give us one. I’m very unsatisfied. Called booking.com and they were no help either. I will be contacting the health department Monday.

The beds was very comfortable. Check in was easy. The room was clean

The rooms could have cleaned better the sheets was nasty has to go out and buy sheets could not get my money back so I had to stay

It's close to little ceasar arena so we can walk

The room was very dirty and had not been cleaned well for a while.

Clean. Location was great for my needs. New appliances, heater that works fast and well.

Maintenance seems minimal. Fixtures are rickety, fabrics have some stains, lights are too bright

Pictures looked nothing like what it really is!!! The room was cold, smelled like rotten garbage, couldn’t turn the heat up enough to heat the room you could see the outside all the way around the in wall heater, and it looked like it was going to fall out of the wall!! the bathroom had no hot water, the bottom 1/2 of the wall under the sink was all opened up, the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. I can’t believe I had to pay for a such a horrible room!!
