Very clean room, working heater, parking, located only a few minutes away from live music venues in Detroit

WiFi worked in office, didn’t reach our room

Straff was friendly and helpful. Location slightly out of the center of town, but easily accessible by #3 bus to/from the bus stop directly outside. The property is an old-style motel.

The wifi in my room was very weak and could not be used. Perhaps it was better near the office or other rooms, but I did not explore.

Location was the reason I stayed, staff were friendly and helpful, even allowed me to park in their lot after check out. It’s an old value motel, you gotta know that going In and you get exactly what you pay for.

Both staff members were friendly and helpful. We showed up earlier than the standard check in time and the staff allowed us to check in early. We also requested a main floor room which they were more than happy to do for us. The Motel is within walking distance of many attractions. The price was about 1/2 of other surrounding hotels. Definitely, worth the price.
