Very kind hosts, great breakfast, superb views, cosy rooms and a great outdoor model railway that is set off after breakfast

No WiFi offered yet nether of us could get any signal. Rooms very dated. Filled out a breakfast form on day1 that was it , could choose different items or drinks every dey . Not a hearty breakfast , served luke warm and cheap products used

The staff were polite. The property was clean.

We stayed in poppy fields the smallest of the rooms but very adequate for 2 we had 4 nights. . The description is honest and accurate. So no room for loads of big bags but a really clean comfortable warm room. Instant heat tor electric shower and basin. Electric towel rail Electric radiator is more than sufficient for the room. Nice tidy clean breakfast room. Great genuine service. Breakfast was well presented and good value, personal options were not a problem. A lovely place. The train set is a great feature. Definitely recommend it.

Loved staying here owners were great

It's a nice quiet place with a solid breakfast. The main issue we had was the internet was out and that was a bit of a problem for us, workwise (cell coverage was adequate to run a hotspot but only inconsistently) - at this point they should have a new, better set-up.

The room was very clean and the staff was warm and friendly. Good breakfast, served from 8:15 to 9 AM. Perfect location to explore North Wales, particularly Snowdonia National Park and Portmeirion.
