Old Mill Farmhouse

Really lovely B&B with lovely host (Margaret). Breakfast well cooked and we had the bonus of seeing the model train set in action.

Nice property, friendly service, helpful staff with good local knowledge. The breakfast was very good and freshly prepared for you at your allocated time,additional tea/coffee and toast available as well.

Cozy room, very lovely garden and easy to find! Had a lovely stay with my dog, Margaret was very helpful and I was served excellent breakfast both mornings. Would highly recommend!

Was comfortable and clean and Margaret Made my stay great . nothing was not to much trouble, Breakfast was organised and tasty and options available , I had a lovely comfortable stay and will go again , Highley recommended

The property is lovely, very picturesque and well maintained. It’s a little bit remote from any local amenities but it’s not a problem if you’re up for a decent walk or you’re happy to drive. The owners are super friendly, and really go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Lovely ladies who prepared an excellent breakfast each morning. Great buildings and amazing garden. Road noise did spoil it though.

the room was cosy and clean , lovely converted stables, the grounds around are well maintained and there's even a model railway in the garden,,, the view to the lake from the garden was gorgeous,,,, the breakfast was very tasty and well cooked , the staff was very friendly and welcoming and clearly animal lovers as they made quite a fuss over my jack russel , the location is also really good as it's right on the A470

Couldn’t recommend the b&b more. Margaret really was the kindest, most informative and warming host. The room was as you pictured. Although not to everyone’s taste, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great, she even had veggie sausages! If I was to come back to snowdonia I wouldn’t think twice to stay again. Thank you for a great weekend :)
