Old Mill Farmhouse

Margaret and her team we both efficient and friendly, remembered our names and keen to know about our daily exploits in the area. Our twin room was small, but finished nicely and perfect as a bolt hole after a day's walking. The breakfast was lovely and a perfect start to the day!

Perfectly positioned for touring Snowdonia. A super warm welcome from Margaret but not so from her Lama. Fabulous view across to the lake , very glad we managed to get booked in.

I loved the atmosphere around the hotel and it was amazing seeing a lot of mountains,beaches,farms,castles and animals! My kids loved the waterfall which was 8mins away from the hotel. Amazing hotel

An absolute wonderful stay. Made to feel so very welcome. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable with all the facilities you could hope for. Margaret went above and beyond to make me feel very welcome giving me addresses for local restaurants etc Breakfast was top notch freshly cooked good quality produce. A real treat was that Margaret and Penny got the railway running for me in the garden. I cannot fault the experience . If you wanted to learn how to run a guest house. . Visit the Old Mill Farmhouse and that’s how it should be done Lovely friendly people, clean and comfortable room, off road parking and a wonderful breakfast all at a value for money price point If they will have me , I will be going back for sure

Our three day stay was wonderful. Room spotlessly clean, towels and toiletries provided, comfortable beds and tea/coffee making station provided. The breakfast choices were plentiful and served in the main house. Very welcoming hosts, would not hesitate to book a stay here again.

The hosts were fantastic! welcoming and premium service. Breakfast were made per individual orders with a great selection. Location was great also!

A great location for anyone wishing to explore north Wales and Snowdonia. Clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast to set you up for the day. You couldn't wish to meet nicer hosts than Margaret and Penny either. Would highly recommend the Old Mill Farmhouse.

We stayed in The converted Stables room, which was very clean and well presented, bit small but that was fine. The bed was uncomfortable, could do with updating. TV didn't work but again, no worries. The hosts were delightful and the breakfast was basic but plentiful for the cost. The panoramic views were breathtaking.
