Enjoyed the amenities with the free ramen, coffee/ matcha, massage chair and ramen. Convenient location in Kyoto and many nearby restaurants. The onsen was very relaxing.

Stayed here for the second time and it was just as I remembered it. Very relaxing and a nice change of pace to the craziness of Tokyo. Will stay again if I return to Kyoto.

Great Location Walkable distance from Kyoto Station And some Temples and Gardens Buffet type for breakfast is good (not included) you have to pay extra, but not prohibited cost Overall is good! You don’t go wrong choosing this one.

We loved everything about this hotel. Easy to get to, just few minutes to kyoto station, made it easy access to everywhere! Breakfast was amazing...i can go on and on...will definitely come back to this hotel 😄

Fun hotel experience with tatami mat floors and no shoes indoors. Nice and large onsen. The check in process was complicated and chaotic, creating a hectic arrival. Additionally, the property feels about 20 minutes by bus (south) of the main area of town. Overall, we had a nice stay, and it felt true to the 3-star rating.
