I loved our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our luggages forwarded to the hotel but it ended up in the Kyoto Post Office and staff were diligent about getting our luggages from post offices to the hotel. We also tried their breakfast and the choices are unmatched. There are bus stops all around and it is a 7 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Would 100% stay here again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at for this price a lot of included amenities that you don’t commonly see anywhere and the onsen was so nice it ruined all other hotels for myself and my family.
