Good value for the price, friendly staff, they don't speak much English but are patient to hear me out, AC pretty good

Wouldn't complain about the place because of the good price. The surroundings is what it is, that's how it is like in la Zona

Great location to experience the culture and daily life of Dominicans in the Old Town of Santo Domingo. Stayed with my two teenage sons to show them my fathers country and they were also very pleased with the house and facilities. Also very centric location, near main roads to head off to explore the rest of the southern coast and the island.
