De Regency Style Hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel on and off over the past three months, and every single time it’s been an excellent experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff consistently go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Over the time I’ve been coming here, the service has never dropped in quality. The team are friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything you need, which makes a big difference when you’re staying regularly. I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Redditch, and I’ll definitely be back again.

No fuss nice clean rooms

Good price and location.

I asked twice for providing invoice but I have never received it. I also left my email address and again nothing received. Not the most clean premise with rubbish behind the bed and musty smell in the bathroom.

Receptionist was as helping as could have been. No faults there

Firstly booked a double room was giving a single. Owner still tried to charge £50 for it even tho on the site its £40, settled on £45.smallest box room ever. Firstly no tv just a wall bracket, shower leaked all over the floor, had to get the receptionist to put a couple towels down. Just overall a terrible experience. If I could have got a refund I would have took it
