De Regency Style Hotel

Been staying every weekday for work for 5 weeks now and perfect for what I need. Staff always ask me what I need and make sure towels and toiletries are topped up 👍🏻

It was handy for where I needed to be The room smelled nice and sheets were clean. Good shower.

The single room was very small. The area isn't great. It took a while to be let in.

The bed was super king

Was not able to get in the hotel as the front door was locked even after advising the hotel of our arrival time which was 4pm (normal check in 2pm) I had to ask for help at the shop next door. The shop telephoned someone who eventually unlocked the door around 10/15 mins later..he was very apologetic and said he was asleep! Then to be told our actual room wasn't ready even though we arrived 2 hours later than normal check in! We were given another room which was a standard double..we had booked the deluxe king ...yes he was very apologetic and said we could use the standard room while our room was cleaned. We needed to eat before our pre booked theatre event so we were given the key for the deluxe room for our return later. They did let us keep the key for the standard room which we were glad about because, at this point we were losing hope of getting the room we had booked. Upon our return our room was ready and our bags had been taken there too I am happy to say

Great for working away

It was a nice, comfy convenient place to stay.

It was all good, considering the price it was excellent. I liked it. No complaints. None.

Bed was comfortable, good TV with Netflix Amenities as expected

Shower leaked Internal doors banging loudly .... thats normal but.... at 1 in the morning i went to check wtf was going on to find the porter Hoovering the room below me. I asked him to stop as it was the middle of the night. He carried on banging around for another 30 minutes until I got up again and think he heard me coming and got the message..... never experienced anything like it and I'm away 3 times a week

Very clean and helpful staff, also the smart tv was a bonus
