Très bon emplacement, chambre très jolie.

Notre fille avait un lit sur une mezzanine où il y faisait chaud.

La beauté des lieux et le calme absolu . Idéalement situé proche de tout .

La piscine était malheureusement pleine de feuilles et fleurs donc difficile voir impossible de se baigner . Énormément de moustiques au niveau de l’accueil .

La chambre était très grande, les lits confortables, très propre ! La proximité avec la lagune, les restaurants et les activités du coin

Le bruit des bars à côté jusqu’à 3h du matin (un peu fatigant surtout pour un enfant) La piscine n’était pas très propre

Very clean hotel, with plenty of greenery in the garden areas. Very confortable room, nicely appointed. Great food in the restaurant, with books and board games in common room. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The garden areas have dark areas, with steps that you cannot see at night. The front desk has limited hours. The cleaning staff will help you if something comes up, but half the front desk staff will say "that is your problem; these are our hours". The dealbreaker for us was that the prices are in US dollars (as a mexican traveling within Mexico, I find it offensive), and the tip was added to the restaurant bill (which is illegal, as far as I know). We spent three days in Bacalar and this was the only restaurant, coffee shop or tour operator where this happened.

The hotel looks great. The inside is beautiful with all the trees, plants, and some small lizards. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The room was clean and looked nice.

The hotel is quite good but in some places it feels a bit lacking. The pool, even though they cleaned it every morning, was usually quite dirty due to the droppings from the trees around. The available bicycles were not necessarily in great shape. We've had to sign a waiver and pay a deposit on check-in. Now I do not necessarily think that this is a problem, but for a hotel this expensive I find it all a bit odd.

Stilvolle Unterkunft

Der Poolbereich war so dreckig, dass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Das Personal war nicht vertraut mit den Aktivitäten, die über das Hotel gebucht werden konnte. Das Restaurant ist nicht wirklich für Veganer geeignet.

- piscina inutilizzabile poiché non pulita - esterno molto sporco - colazione cara e con davvero poca scelta (se prendi la colazione continentale non hai incluso il cappuccino ad esempio. va pagato a parte), come bevante c’era solo te, caffè americano e due succhi. Neanche del latte caldo o espresso!
