"Satisfactory Overall. Staff cheated over drinks."

It was all pleasant with the stay over at LX Soho Hotels. Breakfast was more than our expectations and very quick service. Small room, windows were blocked by wall so could not see outside. However we had a silver member wellcome free drinks that we wanted to claim on our 2nd night and we have mentioned this to the staff. They let us sit at the restaurant and took our order. At the end we were told by one of the staff that one drink we ordered was not included in the free wellcome drink. Why they did not mention this while ordering. I belive this was a very cheap move by the staff.

The property is located at central location. They’re are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff was professional and respectful. The rooms were clean and were equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea. There is a refrigerator (it’s just hidden!). We had one problem with the drainage in one of our bathrooms. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. Overall I’d definitely stay there again.

"Great location and breakfast"

Very clean, excellent breakfast, 30 second walk from metro to go to airport (1 transfer) or short metro ride or 25 min walk to main tourist areas of Lisbon. Wasn't a ton of space in room for 2 suitcases, though.

As always very warm & welcoming! Have stayed here several times (total 1 month) Love it and always coming back. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and cozy (and clean) The location is pretty close to the center (15 min walk)
