Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place is beautiful.

Need extra bedsheets in room for sofa bed.

The room was large, adorable and full of everything I could need. Staff was friendly. Grounds were beautiful. I didn't use the pool but it was so pretty and well taken care of. Quick walk to the beach right across the street. Loved it! Want to go back.

Nicki was pleasant and accommodating. We only wish there was more updated furniture in our room, but understanding we were traveling with our dog.

What a lovely place! The suite was spotless, and I love the way everything was decorated. Very comfy with everything you need! Great bed, and such a quiet area. Beautifully well kept grounds. Perfect location. This was just wonderful! I can't wait to go back!

The staff takes exceptional care of the grounds daily. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped..

My only reservation was my own fault-I accidentally selected what had at some point been a smokers room.

The hotel is perfectly located as it is only a 2-minute walk away from the beach at South Beach Park, which is gorgeous. The self-catering rooms are comfortable and spacious for 2 people and they have plenty of utensils available to prepare meals. The pool area is lovely and there is an area where guests can find umbrellas and other elements to take to the beach, which is very helpful for guests travelling from abroad, who can avoid purchasing things like these unnecessarily. The staff was very friendly!

I think the layout of the wardrobe/hanging space where the bed is could be improved to make a better use of space.
