BLACK SWAN - Liz DC - Executive Flat

Apartment was gorgeous. I’d book again however the concierge was MIA when I came to check in at 7pm. Had the front door not been unlocked I would have been stranded outside. Sat in the lobby for 45 mins before a resident with an elevator fob gave me access to the floor my room was on. Thankfully the doors are by code which was emailed to me prior to my visit.

Great location in the city. Wonderful amenities close by with everything needed to be comfortable.

A well-appointed and comfortable apartment in a bustling area and only about 5 minutes to Trader Joe’s.

I loved everything about this place from the location to the kitchen to the living room to the bedroom! It was such a great deal! Can’t wait to go back.

Such a wonderful place to stay in DC. This place fit everything I needed for my visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and very lovely to stay in. The location was so close to most anything I needed for the apartment and was surrounded by these amazing residential streets perfect for walking around. I will be staying here again the next time I visit DC.

I had an amazing stay. The room looks just like the photos and I was actually more impressed, lots of street parking around the hotel (and if you’re used to DC..just move that car around but their garage parking would have been worth it), beautiful well lit bathroom, amazing full kitchen with everything you need. While the studio had plenty of space, I’m interested in staying in a bigger unit next time maybe! Definitely recommend.

The apartment is very nice, well maintained, with nice furniture and very clean. The location is great and right in the middle of a residential area with lots of nice restaurants. If you like french food, try Le Diplomate, its just a block away but reserve a table one month in advance or you will have to wait one hour or longer on a Saturday night. For breakfast or lunch, the Bluestone coffee shop at the entrance of the building, has very good food and coffee. I will stay here again!

The Room was very nice, perfect locations next to great restaurants. One of the bathroom lights was out when we arrived. There could be a better way to get in touch with the concierge when they are not at their desk. We had a delay in getting into our room when we arrived and when we left they weren't at the desk either to leave the fob. Other than that a great stay.
