Great historical location Logan Circle. So much to do right outside your door.

A perfect stay for us. Great location to food, booze, coffee,,,whatever you need. Quiet, clean and well equipped for a great weekend getaway. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Pros: Great location, modern building and apartment, clean, option of paid garage parking inside the building. Cons: Too dark in the living room with only one small floor lamp by the dining area. No other lighting available in the living area. TV was glitchy and worked only when it wanted to. Check in could have been smoother, I was asked to "park nearby temporarily" and check in to get my parking permit which was stressful and difficult in the area, only to be informed that I could have parked temporarily in the alley next to the building as I check in. This would have been nice to know beforehand. After checking in, instructions to get to the apartment from the garage were not given and I ended up in the office/business side of the building. I had to go back to the front desk to get the specifics. Parking is only for "compact" cars which I was not informed about. It was tough to navigate doors of my SUV with a wide sports car parked next to me. Overall, a decent spot however their service can be improved for the price point.

Expedia provided the WRONG ADDRESS which resulted in me arriving and being left on the street with nowhere to go with my luggage. It took multiple attempts to get ANY ASSISTANCE VIA EXPEDIA and I never got any useful help from you at all. Thankfully I was able to locate a phone number for the rental and they did what they could to help. This resulted in a code not working. me not having the ability to lock the door. my possessions left UNSECURED for multiple hours and it was very FRUSTRATING AND UNNECCESSARY. I almost missed the conference that I was there to attend. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS THE TRIP FROM HELL. The location and place was wonderful. The EXPERIENCE DUE TO EXPEDIA WAS HELL AND NOT WORTH IT.

Excellent location! The apartment is also so modern, new and clean. I would live there :)
