Nothing to like.

Booking was cancelled just before I arrived by email. Didn't find out till I arrived at Reception. Staff bored and as far as I could tell, just couldn't care less. No help at all.

"Too expensive for what they offered"

Good location

Felt like a lower quality Travelodge, uncomfortable bed, weak shower, broken lift, dirt in corridor, sellotape on bedroom wall. Did not see one smile from staff9

"Poor organisation, poor communication, wouldn’t book again"

We didn’t get chance to stay.

When we arrived we were told the hotel had been overbooked by thirteen rooms. The staff staff they had been told everyone had been contacted. We hadn’t and they said other people hadn’t either. We are now battling for a refund.
