Friendly , professional staff. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel a few hours earlier than check in. We were provided with fans for the room as it was very hot. The 12noon check out was much appreciated. We will be back.

Wasn't given the option to move room away from a loud generator outside, though they did provide ear plugs.

The location was excellent The car park across the road was cheap and conveniently located. The temperature was comfortable and the shower temperature and water pressure were pleasant The desk was staffed, which was helpful as we were checking in late after a long journey

There seems to have been some breakdown in communication - we requested a cot when we booked and this was confirmed by the hotel but the cot wasn't set up when we arrived so we had to go back to the front desk to request one. The cot we were given was a bit more like a toddler playpen and wasn't really suitable for younger babies. It was also absolutely disgusting - covered in human waste (liquid and solid). It had obviously been used without bedding and not cleaned before being given to us. The plugholes in the sink and bathtub didn't drain right so we had to unclog them. The anti-slip mat in the bathtub was a bit slimy and had black mould around the edges. It was ok for adult showers but wouldn't have been good for bathing our baby. The windows had safety catches, which we appreciated, but the window frames were quite gritty and dusty. As was the lighting in the headboard of the bed. The carpet at the foot of the bed was quite stained and crusty so it wasn't very nice to walk on without shoes The bed was quite soft and yielding, which some people might like, but the head end being several inches lower than the foot end was not very comfortable

Very friendly staff, convenient location, easy check in/out, clean and comfy room.

Double beds are twin beds pushed together - not an issue, but obviously not as comfy as a standard double bed.
