The fact that it had parking

The reception staff mentality, they couldn't help me with the easiest of things! They lack proper training, they didn't seem to care.

Существенные плюсы: 1. Цена - ниже среднего для этого региона. 2. Наличие кухни, что позволяло готовить для себя именно ту еду, что мне нужна. 3. Наличие неплохого ресторана в холле с возможностью заказать еду в апартаменты. 4. Ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец. 5. Достаточно много места. 6. Рядом были магазины и прочая инфраструктура. Пешком доходил до IKEA за 15 - 20 минут. 7. WiFi работал хорошо.

Расположение. До всех достопримечательностей можно добраться только на такси. Рядом с отелем вообще нет тротуаров. Других минусов не заметил.

Location very good, 5 minutes walk from Sultan Qaboos Mosque, close to shopping malls and local restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety. Staff were all extremely helpful
