An excellent 5-star experience. The staff were friendly, ready to help and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and the bed was incredible. Gym well equipped, with brand new equipment. Delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of fresh and local products, and high-quality options. The location is perfect, one step away from the heart of Lisbon while still having a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury and premium experience in Lisbon

Η διαμονή στο The Ivens ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη. Το δωμάτιο άψογο, άνετο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και αποτελεσματικό, με διακριτικό αλλά άμεσο τρόπο εξυπηρέτησης. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική για να κινηθείς παντού με τα πόδια. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά το Rocco μας εξέπληξε — μια εμπειρία από μόνο του.

Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να μας απογοήτευσε. Όλα λειτούργησαν άψογα.

I selected the hotel online so didn't know what to expect and it could have not been better. We arrived very early and the wonderful front desk guy upgraded us and made sure we were very comfortable.

We could not get into the restaurant (we didn't have reservations, and they made no exception for us even though we were guests of the hotel.
