The owner has zero empathy towards guests; the facilities are nice, but the service is completely impolite. It's totally out of step with the hospitality and empathy typical of Fijian culture.

It’s really really close to the airport, you can go walking or take a taxi and spend 5 minutes (10 - 15 FJD)

Very very simple place

The self contained apartment was good. Clean. Close proximity to airport and affordable.

No Wifi I requested for taxi to pick me at 5.30am, no one was up so I had to wake landlord which was not pleasant thing to do. Landlord had to drop me in the end. Overall ok.

The room was quiet when I was there, and the bed comfortable. And the new housekeeper (her first day) was very friendly and helpful.

The lady running the place told me on arrival my booking had been canceled, as my credit card payment had been rejected. I know this not to be true, because WISE always informs me when a payment request is declined. There was no attempt made to take payment from my card. She just wanted to be paid in cash. And when I said I don't have FJD, but have USD, she accepted that, and gave me a room. The room was a lot older than it looks in the online photos, and has not been maintained well. The cleaning (particularly the bathroom) is well below average. It's not a pleasant place. I do not recommend it at all. Island Accommodation Nadi a few minutes walk away, is a much nicer option.
